Refund&Return

Defective Products:
Most of our products come with a one-year parts and labor warranty. Please refer to the product literature or speak with one of our product experts for more details. If your product is defective upon arrival, please notify a product expert within 48 hours of receiving it. If the defect is noticed after 48 hours, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly using the contact information provided in the product literature. Note: Most manufacturers require a service call to diagnose the issue.

Damaged Products:
All shipments are fully insured. If your product is damaged during shipping, you are eligible for an exchange at no extra cost. Or if its just a matter of replacing the part, depending on the situation. Local deliveries are handled by our dedicated delivery teams. Upon receiving your product, please inspect it for any damage. Products That Do Not Meet Your Needs:
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to the store to inquire about cancellation or return options. Products that have been used or installed cannot be returned. Any returned products must be in original, undamaged condition. Products with cosmetic damage may not be eligible for return or may incur a 20% restocking fee. Installed or attempted-to-install products cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Special order items may incur a 20% restocking fee, even if they haven't been delivered yet. Once delivered and unpackaged, special orders are not eligible for return.

By placing an order with us, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions and authorizes their credit card company to follow them. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on bedding product such as mattresses, box springs / foundations / adjustable bases, pillows etc. 

Items that are purchased “As–Is” cannot be returned. Take your time in store to try them. We urge all our customers to lay down as long as they like in order to make a decision.
